i understand ur concern,
the ultra sonagraphy u mentioned indicates stones in your kidney.
we need size of stone for prescribing treatment.
if it is less than 1 cm treatment is drink plenty of water. if any pain us1) tab ultracet
2) tab urimax bd 3)tab oflox 200mgbd 4)tab rantac 150 mg bd for 5 days
if it is more than 1 cm meet urologust for treament it may be surgical and non surgical.
